Terms of Service

Welcome to All Gen Merch. These Terms of Service  govern your use of Allgenmerch.shop and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Order Changes

Once you place an order, you may no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. Our products are produced through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner once an order is confirmed, and production often begins shortly after checkout.

If you need to change an address or other order details, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis, but we are not obligated to make modifications once an order has been confirmed and entered production.

2. Product Customization

If you submit personalized text or images through our customization feature, you are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the text/content you submit (including spelling, dates, and names)
  • Ensuring the content does not infringe on any third party's rights, and is not offensive, hateful, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order containing customization content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Because customized products are made specifically for you, orders containing customization content are not eligible for return or refund due to buyer error (e.g. a typo you entered, or a date/name you provided incorrectly). See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

The risk of loss of, damage to, and title for products passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

If carrier tracking indicates that a product was delivered, it is your responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for a lost or stolen shipment. In such cases, we are not able to issue a refund or resend the product.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: the risk of loss of, damage to, and title for products passes to you when you (or a third party you've indicated) take physical possession of the product, rather than at the point of carrier delivery.

4. Lost-in-Transit Claims

If carrier tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit (not delivered), you may submit a written claim for a replacement or store credit. Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

All such claims are subject to investigation and approval at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes, and orders shipped to P.O. boxes may experience delays or delivery issues outside our control.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues (e.g. tracking discrepancies, address confirmation).

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in [USD/your currency] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of product.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the Site are the property of All Gen Merch and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Gen Merch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, including but not limited to delays, lost packages once delivered to the carrier, or content submitted via the customization feature.

9. Governing Law
