Thank you for shopping with All Gen Merch. Here's what you need to know about how your order is processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
All our products are made on-demand through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner once you place an order. This means your item doesn't exist as pre-made stock — it's printed and prepared specifically for you after checkout.
Processing time: [2-5] business days before your order ships, not including weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
If you ordered a personalized/customized item, please double-check your customization text at checkout — once an order enters production, we may not be able to edit or cancel it (see our Terms of Service).
2. Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location:

3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
5. International Orders, Customs & Duties
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs processing can occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
6. P.O. Boxes
We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes, as this depends on the shipping carrier used for your order. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes may experience delays or delivery issues.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as the risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.
- If tracking shows your package was lost in transit (never delivered), contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or store credit. Claims are subject to investigation.
- For customers in the EEA or UK, risk of loss passes to you once you (or someone you've designated) physically receives the product, rather than at carrier delivery — contact us if you have concerns about a non-delivered package.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we'll do our best to update it before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in process.
9. Multiple Items / Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages, depending on where each item is produced.
