Refund / Return Policy

We want you to love your All Gen Merch order. Here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll fix it — no cost to you.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can verify and process your claim quickly
  • Claims confirmed as an error on our part (damaged in production, wrong print, etc.) are covered at our expense — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

2. Lost-in-Transit Packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit (never delivered), contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is confirmed.

If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you didn't receive it, this is no longer covered by us — you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly, as risk of loss passes to you once delivery is confirmed (see our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service).

3. Custom & Personalized Items — Buyer's Remorse

Because our products are made specifically for you (including any custom text or personalization you submit), we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse — this includes:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Entering incorrect customization text, names, or dates
  • Simply changing your mind after ordering

Please double-check your size and customization details carefully before completing your order. If you'd like an exchange for a different size, this can be arranged at your expense — you'll need to place a new order, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exception — Brazil customers: If you reside in Brazil and wish to withdraw from your purchase, you may contact us within 7 consecutive days of receiving your item, providing a photo of the product. Your request will be evaluated to confirm the item is unused and undamaged. If the product shows signs of use, a refund will not be possible.

4. EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As our products are produced on-demand with your chosen size, design, and any customization, this right of withdrawal does not apply, and we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

5. Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an order is returned to our facility because the shipping address provided was incorrect or insufficient, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once a corrected address is confirmed.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. Unclaimed returns that remain unresolved may be donated to charity after 30 days, with no refund issued.

7. How to Report a Problem

If something's wrong with your order, contact us at [your email] or through our contact page with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the product (for damage/defect/misprint claims)

We'll get back to you with next steps as quickly as possible.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow [5-10] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Governing Language

This Policy is governed and interpreted in the English language, regardless of any translations provided for convenience.
